Kennismaking

Zaterdag 05 November is de eerste kennismaking, en workshop - fysiek. Lokatie is PTC aan de Leysweg (ADEK Complex).

Workshops & Mentor Meets

Zaterdag 05 november en 12 november, Zondag 13 November zijn er in-person workshops en meets met de mentors. Deze zullen je vragen beantwoorden en begeleiden bij het proces van de hackathon. Judges Pre-meeting
Zaterdag 19 November is de pre-meet met de judges.

Requirements

Hacking (the challenges) of student life

What is expected of the participants?

  • Create and or design a concept idea with your team (note: the further you can work out your concept to a working prototype, the better your chances are to become a finalist)
  • Describe and explain the concept and submit it (template is provided by filling in a Google form)
  • present the concept (with your team) in a 5-minute presentation video/pitch- you do this after following the workshops and for the final presentation.
  • prototype/coding: upload your source code to the available platform and indicate the relevant URL at submission. A simple readme doc. is necessary for this

* All final projects selected by the judges will be reviewed for confirmation if the original work was created during HACK-O-TOPIA.

    Is the solution easy to use? Could a user with low to no technical skills use and enjoy using it?

    Can your project be implemented to its entirety? Does the solution function as described?
